 Lioudmila is a First Class dance facility. The 4000+ Sq. Ft. hard wood floor is one of the largest and cleanest in the Washington DC Metropolitan area. The air conditioned facility is equipped with three Independent Professional Sound Systems, wall mounted mirrors, independent lighting, private curtain partitions, seating benches, and free parking. Floor rental.

Floor Rental Rates

That's correct! Due to the increase in demand for dance floor rental space, Dance Studio Lioudmila has decided to slash their Dance Floor Rental Rates!

The NEW Floor Rental Rates are as follows:

Dance Studio Lioudmila Students:             $10 per hour

 

Other Studio Students 

$12 per hr before 5pm 

$13 per hr after 6pm
 

Instructor & Student Teams:                     $15 per hr before 5pm 

$16 per hr after 6pm
 

Group Classes, Seminars, Workshops: 

$40 per hr
